For deliveries within Nigeria, It is likely for our Body Butter to melt in transit due to the warm climatic condition of Nigeria. The volume of our Body Butter may shrink and the contents may melt completely. Please be certain that the quality of the Butter will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change & content may appear to be less. To solidify melted Body Butter, place in the refrigerator for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.
Please ensure that items ordered are delivered to secured locations where products will not be exposed to heat for a long period time. Do not leave items under the sun, in very hot places, cars., outside or gatehouses. We will ensure to preserve items as they are delivered to you. For all deliveries outside of Nigeria, a heat controlled environment is used by our courier company.
We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.
